Join ENTO leadership
The European Network of Training Organisations (ENTO) aims to strengthen its role as a dynamic and leading reference point for local democracy and training in Europe. To revitalise its community life and expand its membership base, ENTO is launching a Call for Expressions of Interest for a Community Manager or Task Force Leader.
Objective of the Role
To design, propose and implement activities that revitalise ENTO’s community, increase its visibility, attract new members, and strengthen value for existing members.
Scope of Work
The selected organization and/or person(s) will:
• Prepare an annual activity proposal.
• Implement approved activities for the network in coordination with the ENTO Bureau.
• Lead outreach and communication initiatives.
• Organise webinars, meetings, and community events.
• Support ENTO’s long-term strategic positioning.
Expected Results
• Increased member engagement.
• Improved communication and visibility.
• Concrete initiatives for activities including attracting new members.
• Strengthened ENTO identity at European level.
Duration
Initial mandate: 1 year, renewable (subject to evaluation) for maximum 2 years.
Resources
An operational budget of approximately €5,000–€10,000 per year may be allocated. No remuneration is foreseen. The role is voluntary, but costs related to travel and accommodation costs linked to ENTO events and basic operational expenses related to the implementation of proposed activities may be covered.
Eligibility
Call is open for ENTO members only. Applicants must be ENTO members (institutional or individual).
