University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar is situated in Vukovar, Republic of Croatia. It has been established on 22^nd July 2005. There are three study programs, Physiotherapy, Study of Administrative law and Study of economy. It has more than 50 employees, more of 30 of them are teachers.

Our training activities are:

Lifelong learning courses (learning of forein languages, Functional training Step by Step, Online sales manager, Tips and tricks on how to improve computer performance, Communication skills and conflict resolution etc.).

Entrepreneurial incubator (business simulations).

Target groups: students

Other activities of our organisation: Book of proceeding of the International conference “Development of public administration” (13 conferences until now), books of our employees.

What we can contribute to ENTO: Our University can be a place where some training for local politicians and those who are interested in local government can be held. Also, we can help in gathering information about local governance in our country because we have teachers that are trained for it.

What we expect to benefit from ENTO: We are hoping that our teachers, especially ones from the Study of Administrative law could acquire new practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of education.
