ERAP – Ecole Régionale d’Administration Publique

ERAP is a HR competence centre and a training centre whose mission is to develop the competences local governments staff in Bruxelles area. 12 people and 1 stagiaire are regularly working in ERAP. Trainers are generally engaged on a task base. ERAP activities are focused on planning and implementing training offers, supporting HR policies implementation, organizing seminars and steering thematic working groups. Founded jointly by municipalities from Bruxelles area and the Government of Bruxelles-Capital Region, ERAP mission consists in being a partner, a consultant and a support for a long-term maganagement of emplyment and compentences trough some key HR tasks: recruitment, training, assessment, carrer planning, mobility, diversity promotion.
