CNFPT presents the 1st Barometer of Local Institutional Reforms in Europe !
The CNFPT is very pleased to present the results of the 1st major European barometer of local institutional reforms in Europe, carried out in collaboration with the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA).
This barometer aims to show in a concise and simple way the main parameters of the horizontal and vertical organization of levels of local administration in countries of Greater Europe as well as evolutions and reforms that have taken place in Europe in the past 10 years.
It compares 49 European countries (28 of which are members of the European Union and 47 of the Council of Europe) with nearly 200 000 communities (of which almost 90 000 in the European Union).
This Barometer aims to give us the capacity to follow and analyse the evolution of territorial structures and therefore the institutional architecture of local and regional authorities.
This offers local and regional authorities a good source of information and positioning.
This European barometer is in line with the partnership with ENTO, of which CNFPT has been a member since 2017. This valuable collaboration strengthen ENTO’s will to pursue and intensify the organization of activities that facilitate the sharing of experiences and good practices between its members and thus to propose concrete measures and open the way for future innovation.
